GTM Engineer

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the internal tooling that powers outbound, lead routing, and reporting
- Automate the handoffs between marketing, sales, and delivery so nothing falls through
- Integrate CRM, analytics, and communication tools into a single working pipeline
- Prototype AI-assisted workflows for qualifying and prioritizing inbound leads
- Partner directly with Business Development and Marketing to ship what they actually need
Requirements
- Strong scripting and automation skills (JavaScript/TypeScript or Python)
- Experience integrating APIs across CRM, email, and analytics platforms
- Comfortable working directly with non-engineering stakeholders
- Based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh
Nice to have
- Experience with AI agent frameworks or LLM-based automation
- Past experience in a GTM engineering, RevOps, or sales engineering role
